Campus Delivery Information

Hours of operation

Our campus delivery business operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please specify your preferred time when placing your order.

How to place orders

Orders can be placed online through our website. Please provide all necessary details, including the date and time of your event, menu choices, and the number of guests.

To ensure timely delivery, please submit separate orders for each requested delivery time. For example, if you require deliveries at 7 am, 10 am and 2 pm, you should place three separate orders. If you have any questions, or need assistance, don’t hesitate to call our main line 604-822-9503

Please place orders at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and quality. For requests within 72 hours, call us at 604-822-9503 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Making changes to your order

Please contact our office at 604-822-9503 or sage.delivery@ubc.ca for any order changes.

Delivery

We don’t charge any delivery fees and service is available anywhere on UBC campus. If you would like us to deliver outside the UBC perimeter, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Gratuities

We charge 10% gratuities on all orders. These gratuities are distributed among the entire team (drivers, cooks, catering coordinators, etc.

Allergies and dietary restrictions

We offer a variety of menu options to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please specify any dietary needs when placing your order.

preparing for delivery

Sage Campus Delivery is proud to support UBC’s Zero Waste Action Plan by using only 100% reusable dishes and cutlery. Please ensure you have clear tables for us to set up your order, and also organic and recycling bins set up nearby.

When you’re finished eating

When your guests are finished eating, please scrape plates into your organics bin, and stack dishes and cutlery into the bin. Our team will pick it up for washing following your event or according to your schedule. Please be sure to place any recyclables into your recycle bin. Thank you for doing your part to reduce waste on campus!

Lost or damaged plateware

If any plateware is damaged or lost, additional charges may apply.

internal payments

Please provide your worktag details (Cost Centre and Program Code) under the Delivery Note on the confirmation screen. We will process the payment and send you a copy of the invoice.

external payments

If paying by credit card, select Pay Later. We will send you a payment link to process your order along with the final invoice, which will include applicable taxes (GST & PST).

payment methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
